Your data, explained.

Gauthier Devoucoux, project owner of Lore&Vault, uses your email, optional name, contact language and, for a search, chosen item and budget, for the follow-up you consent to. Consent is recorded with its date and version.

Registrations are accessible to authorised team members for the follow-up you agreed to. An internal status, assignee and next action may be attached to each registration; this does not change your consent. Approved budgets are added anonymously in the indicators. No sharing with partners or addition to another list without consent. Registrations expire after 12 months without renewal.

Your private link lets you manage or remove the associated registration. Calculations are not automatically saved. If you confirm saving in your Vault, the amount, scenario and assumptions are stored in your account until you delete them. Contact Lore&Vault about your data.

Audience measurement is optional and off by default. If enabled, pages and journey steps are counted by day and general source for 90 days, without visitor IDs or advertising. Your choice is stored on this device. The campaign source of your registration is also recorded. Temporary hashes renewed every ten minutes limit form abuse. Email management links expire after 30 days. With your consent, we also count simulation uses and saves. Performance stores only a rating (good, needs improvement or poor), the page and a mobile or desktop category. No simulated amounts or account details are sent in these measurements.

If you create an account, we store the identifier supplied by Amazon Cognito during email sign-in, your email, display name and preferences. Follows associated with the same email are linked to your space. Personal documents and records are accessible only to you and authorised administrators; support and editors have limited permissions. Team actions are logged. Request account closure through Support; any retention requirement related to an operation will be reviewed before deletion. This account performs no payments or regulatory identity checks.
